Yes, we are on the bus line, a 10 minute walk to downtown, and on a on the biking/walking trail that reaches from Truckee to Sparks. Perfect for anyone who chooses not to use a car.
How close are the nearest grocery stores?
Raleys is about 3 miles away on California Ave. We are also walking distance from CVS Pharmacy.
Can I have the peace of mind knowing the person I lease my apartment from will be there when I need them.
Absolutely. The property manager, Beth has been at the Idlewild since 2010 and the maintenance supervisor has been there since 2011. They are available Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Friday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. They welcome folks to stop in anytime. Whether you have a question about your lease, need to put in a work order, or just want to stop by for a cup of coffee, they are there to help.
