The apartment was great, maintenance was always doing things to improve the complex and was efficient in getting to our requests. Beth and other staff members was awesome and answered all questions with a courteous response.

This month marks the end of my 3rd year living in the complex, one year in a furnished apartment and two years in an unfurnished apartment. I've just renewed my lease for another year. I love living here -- its quiet, safe, and nothing beats the location. Every time I have needed to interact with the office staff -- they are efficient, kind, and helpful. Every time I have had to request a repair -- maintenance is on it. The view from my apartment feels like small hometown -- as I watch the snow quietly fall or the outdoor games being played. Love to venture across the street to Idlewild and enjoy the walking paths or the events on the weekends. Appreciate that this spot has helped create a safe and enjoyable home for my son and I; excited to remain settled for another year.

Wonderful apartments and great office / maintenance staff. Beth and Jessica are great, very helpful and always there. Apartments are well build, no big neighbor noise. Pool is heated and open. Plenty of parking, you might have to walk a bit to your door, if you don't have a covered spot, but it's not a big deal for me. Allows pets, plenty of lawn space and a small sand pit dog area to let dogs out. Neighbors are mostly friendly or leave you alone, which is great too. I lived in many apartments over the years, but this is by far the best one. Thank you Village team!! :) A.R.

I absolutely adored living here. Beth, Jackie, and the entire team are very considerate and caring. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Anytime I had a problem maintenance was out to fix it. I would recommend anyone live here.

Easily the best apartments I’ve lived in, there’s constant improvements all around making sure we look clean and stay clean. The neighbors are awesome and the neighborhood is perfect, what more could you ask for!

I moved in my condo 11/2005, and I have never regretted it. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, The Village at Idlewild Park, Reno and Nevada are the best places to be.
